Once it's active, some processes that were previously manual become automatic — such as check-in validation and schedule syncing — depending on the CMS you use and how your unit is configured.

  • The partner confirms the user’s presence (via Portal or CMS).
  • The Wellhub system validates all plan rules.

What types of integration are available?

What types of integration are available?

Depending on your business style and your technical infrastructure, you can choose how your data syncs:  If you use check-in only (access control): Check-ins must be validated within 20 minutes to be eligible for payout. After the user’s first registration, future validations happen automatically via your CMS.  

 If you use bookings only: Classes must be correctly created and synced from your CMS. The check-in button becomes available 30 minutes before the class, and the class must be marked as "Completed" in your system to generate the payout. 
 If you use both check-in + booking: Users must both book and check in via the app. Your CMS must validate both the booking and presence to ensure they are properly matched and finalized.
