What Off-Peak Hours are and how they work

Off-Peak Hours allow your facility to welcome eligible users on lower Wellhub plans during specific hours defined by you in the Partner Portal. This means you can open selected low-demand periods to a broader audience, helping your facility attract new users, increase visibility within the Wellhub ecosystem, and drive incremental revenue without compromising your peak hours. To support a more consistent experience, setup follows some minimum criteria, such as a minimum duration per time slot, limits on time slots per day group, and gap rules between configured hours. The Partners Portal shows these validations during setup, helping your facility adjust the proposed hours correctly.
