Log in to the Partner Portal.
Click the "Growth" menu.
If applicable, select the location you want to create the challenge for.Caso se aplique, escolha a unidade para a qual deseja criar o desafio.
Add a title and description for your challenge.
The current audience option is "invited visitors only," making it easy to track participants.
Set the challenge start date (must be at least 1 day after setup).
Choose a duration: 4, 7, or 15 days — or customize up to a maximum of 30 days.
Pick your challenge goal: per participant (individual goal), group effort (team-based), or high score (open-ended, no points target).
Once all details are set, review your summary and hit "Publish Challenge".
A QR code will appear for you to share with your Wellhub members so they can join.
You can cancel a challenge as long as its status is "Coming Soon" or "In Progress".
Challenges marked "Ended" cannot be canceled or deleted.

Yes! You have full creative freedom. If you write a custom title, you can also write your own description. If you choose one of our preset titles, the system will automatically fill in an optimized description for that theme.
Easy: after setting everything up, you'll see a summary to review. If everything looks good, click "Publish Challenge." It will immediately appear in the Portal with the status "Coming Soon."
Yes, if something comes up. You can cancel any challenge with the status "Coming Soon" or "In Progress."Note: Canceling a "Coming Soon" challenge removes it from the Portal entirely. "Ended" challenges cannot be canceled or deleted — they remain as a permanent record.
• Coming Soon: The challenge has been created, but the start date hasn't arrived yet.
• In Progress: The challenge is live and members are actively participating.
• Ended: The challenge period is over.
Click on any active challenge to access a real-time dashboard that includes: • Progress Bar: Shows cumulative group score vs. the final goal, with a completion percentage (%).• Scoring Rules: A reminder of which activities (check-ins, steps, etc.) are earning points.• Leaderboard: A ranked table of participants, highlighting the top 3 finishers.• Export: Option to request a full data report sent to your email.
On the challenge page, you have quick access to two key resources:
• Marketing Materials: Click "View materials" (at the top of the page) to download visual assets for your campaign
• Challenge Terms: Rules and legal terms are always available in the page footer.
Absolutely! Directly through the Portal, you can request a CSV file sent to your email with the full report. It includes:
• Leaderboard ranking;
• Participant name;
• Total score;
• Point breakdown by Check-in and Steps.
