Challenge Martial Arts

Welcome to Challenge Taekwondo Center in East Meadow, New York! We are a traditional Taekwondo school, following the physical and mental Korean martial arts teachings. Students are instilled with the Taekwondo values of respect and discipline through spiritual growth. Our training is a fun kids activity that establishes mental focus while improving strength, balance, and fitness. Not only that, but students in both Taekwondo and Kickboxing classes learn strong self-defense practices for day-to-day life.
