Blue Cypress Yoga is an independently owned studio in North St. Augustine offering traditional and modern yoga practices including Bikram/26&2 Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and restorative classes. Our experienced teachers welcome every level, from complete beginners to longtime practitioners. We believe yoga is more than a workout — it’s a practice of presence, strength, mindfulness, and connection. Located on US-1 at 210, across from Nease High School, Blue Cypress is a place to breathe deeply, move fully, and feel at home.
