We have been a staple of the Falmouth community since 1980. We strive to offer a friendly, no stress environment to accomplish your fitness goals. We offer over 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment by Lifefitness, Matrix, Star Trac, Cybex, Concept 2, Octane and Precor. Everything from Treadmills, Bikes to Arcs, and Stepmills. Our strength equipment includes Freemotion, Epic, Body Masters, Keiser Strength, Hammer Strength, and free weights. The separate free weight area has Squat/Power racks, step racks, benches, kettle bells, Hack, Sled, Hip Thrust, and a stretching area. We also have a separate 800 sqft. functional training area called the "Rig Room", featuring a functional cage with pull up bars, step up platform, cargo net, TRX system, dip bar, Heavy Bags,and J hooks for power lifting. Tire flip, turf strip, and slam balls are also tools of choice in the RR. Ten large screen TV's are found throughout the cardio and free weight areas. Personal Trainers are on Staff to start you on your fitness journey or to fine tune and motivate. Each of our trainers are Exercise Physiologists/ Certified and have over 100 years of combined experience training all levels and ages. Mens locker room offers Steam, Sauna, and Showers. Ladies locker room offers Sauna, Showers, and lockers. Our top priority is to provide a positive atmosphere where you can achieve all your fitness goals.
