Southern Boom CrossFit is a family-friendly fitness community offering something for every age and fitness level: * CrossFit Classes – Coach-led workouts focused on strength, conditioning, functional fitness, and long-term progress. * HYROX Training – Classes designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence through HYROX-style training and race preparation. * Adult Tumble – Develop gymnastics skills, mobility, body awareness, strength, and control in a fun, supportive environment. * Yoga – Improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and recovery while resetting for the week ahead. * Kids & Youth Classes – Age-appropriate training that builds strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy movement habits. * On-Site Chiropractic Care – Two chiropractors are conveniently located on-site to support mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
