BoxUnion is a modern, group fitness experience designed by experts to maximize the physical benefits of boxing, fat-burning cardio, plyometrics and core work. Within their unique heavy bag studio, their signature 45-minute, total body workout tones muscles, focuses the mind and empowers the soul to burn through calories and reduce stress. It is designed for all levels, but if it is your first time we require you to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class time to go over the 6 punches prior to class.
