Sweat more in less time at HOTWORX Belmont, the infrared sauna fitness studio on El Camino Real just off downtown Belmont. We are an easy stop for Wellhub members coming from San Carlos, San Mateo, Foster City, Redwood City and anywhere on the Peninsula. Every workout happens inside an infrared sauna, where heat, infrared energy and exercise work together. We call it 3D Training, and it is how you get a serious sweat and a real workout in just 15 or 30 minutes. 30 minute isometric workouts: Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Warrior and Hot Iso. Low impact, high sweat sessions that build strength, flexibility and core control. Hot Buns uses resistance bands to target glutes and legs. 15 minute HIIT workouts: Hot Cycle (indoor cycling), Hot Blast (elliptical) and Hot Thunder (rowing). Short, intense intervals in the heat that get your heart rate up fast. Every session is led by a VPT (virtual personal trainer) on the screen inside your semi private sauna. No class times to chase and no crowded rooms. Book your sauna up to 3 days ahead and start when you are ready. The studio is built for busy Bay Area schedules.
