Nestled in the heart of downtown Ojai with easy parking on site, Move Sanctuary welcomes locals and visitors seeking balance through movement. Our studio offers a mix of classes throughout the morning and early evening daily, to fit all schedules and needs. Join us for Pilates in the morning or early evening to build strength and improve posture. We also offer yoga, yoga nidra and restorative practices. Whether you want to move energetically or relax deeply, our experienced teachers create a welcoming space for all levels. We provide all props at no extra charge.
