Heather Shaw is a wellness expert and the founder of Exquisite House Pilates & Wellness, a boutique studio devoted to personalized, longevity-driven care. After a 30-year consulting career, Heather shifted her focus to functional health, using both lived experience and evidence-based practices to help others restore vitality, resilience, and confidence in their bodies. While trained in Pilates, Barre, TRX, and Brrrn, Heather views movement as just one piece of a much bigger picture. Her true passion lies in guiding people toward strength, hormonal balance, and long-term wellbeing with tailored strategies that meet them where they are.
