Located in Worthington, Metro Fitness Worthington, is where it all began in October 1986. This gym offered 6,000 sq. ft. and was dedicated by Arnold Schwarzenegger at the grand opening. In 1988, it expanded to 12,000 square feet. A new facility was subsequently built and now offers 18,000 square ft. of the best weight and cardiovascular equipment in the area. Worthington has the largest selection of free weights, 2 cardio rooms, and fitness classes.
