Led by Jaime Molina, Structural Stability Coach, Master Stretch Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, each 90-minute Assisted Stretching & Joint Conditioning session combines Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) with dynamic mobility techniques to restore movement, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness. Unlike crowded fitness facilities, Budogakan offers a boutique wellness experience. Our small-group classes allow us to provide personalized coaching, hands-on guidance, and individual modifications so every participant receives the attention they deserve.
