RISE Fitness & Kickboxing

We are a full service gym with 25 group fitness classes each week and 24 hour access located just off 665 in Annapolis Maryland. We have 10 expert coaches with over 80 combined certifications ranging from strength and conditioning, advanced programming, and nutrition to injury prevention and mobility. Our classes include Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, and classes that combine Strength and Conditioning elements with Kickboxing. We nurture an exceptional level of community and an inclusive membership base of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds.
