The Fitness Plaza celebrated the groundbreaking of its new facility in August 2000, located directly on Route 100 just north of the intersection with Tilghman Street (Old Route 22) in the beautiful new Mill Run Corporate Park. The new facility contains 24,500 square feet, has plenty of parking, is convenient to all major roadways and is minutes from anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. The Fitness Plaza is still family-owned and operated, making it “Beyond the Ordinary,” now and in the future. Join us! No booking required.
