Why users love this gym? Although we're most known for our obstacles we have a staff of great trainers and offer classes for all fitness levels and fitness goals! Our Adult area is made of 5,000sq feet of: -A yoga room -Fitness/cardio equipment -Spartan/OCR obstacles -Ninja Warrior obstacles What can I expect to achieve by attending this gym? Our trainers on staff are dedicated to making your workout a fun, challenging and positive 60 minutes. Each class is designed to strengthen, tone, burn fat and make you stronger each day. Classes include Yoga, H.I.I.T. It, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, and Core Fusion.
