Milo's House Training

Milo’s House is a boutique personal training and small-group fitness studio in West Palm Beach designed for people who want a more personal approach to fitness. Our small-group classes are intentionally kept small, so you’ll never feel lost in a crowded room. Expect thoughtfully programmed strength, conditioning and core work with hands-on coaching, modifications and plenty of encouragement. Choose from Milo’s Method strength-focused classes: Full Body, Upper or Peach Lab for a glute-focused session. Whether you’re getting back into fitness or looking for a new challenge, you’re welcome here. Come as you are, learn the workout, and sweat with us™. Before you arrive: Please bring a towel and water. Classes start one minute early so we never start late. We recommend arriving a few minutes early—especially for your first visit! Parking lot is easy and free!
