You can expect to have fun, sing, let go, learn new rythms and dance to music you probably already know. First we connect with the present and set an intention. We continue with a high energy warmup where we 1. connect our brains, body and understand queues from the instructor, 2. increate the heart rate and 3. tonification exercises. After the warm-up we will be moving to latin rythms like merengue, salsa, reggaeton & cumbia and then expect anything from soca, hip-hop, electronic, samba, flamen...
