SoHo Pilates

SoHo Pilates offers Classical Pilates in a Contemporary setting. At SoHo Pilates we prioritize form and individualized workouts over one-size-fits-all classes, which is why we offer a variety of class types ranging from “Advanced Classical Reformer” to “Pre/Post Natal Mat Classes.” All of our instructors are fully certified in Pilates. Here at SoHo Pilates, we hope to continue the work Joseph Pilates started in a fun, challenging, and inclusive space.
