We are the home of the Pinkroom Warriors, an all-women's gym where no men are allowed. We specialize in personal training, focusing on women over 40 and those dealing with menopause related challenges. As a professional bodybuilder, we also specialize in training and taking other women to the stage. Our facility is our safe haven where you come as you are and be yourself. We focus on mind, body and spirit, working hard while having a great time doing it. We’re deeply community-driven and collaborate closely with our local community. The Women's Health & Fitness Center is a luxury women's gym at an everyday price. We offer a full spectrum of exercise equipment, personal training and fitness classes with other women.
