It focuses on being able to diffuse real-life situations and control aggressors without throwing strikes. All the positions that we will go over in classes are applicable in real-life scenarios. We are confident, whether it is a child or adult, that after getting proficient in Jiu Jitsu there will be no issues for someone to defend themselves. Jiu Jitsu is also a great avenue to increase your daily exercise in a meaningful and challenging way. Opening in West Haven, RMA plans to bring the art of Jiu-Jitsu to Franklin!
