Mo's Gym's is a family gym, owned by siblings, Micholine (Miche, pronounced as Mike) and Andrew Molina. We as owners believe in providing a clean, well equipped, friendly place take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Andrew is a certified Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer and specializes in Body Building and Powerlifting. Miche is a certified Fitness Coach, Kickboxing Instructor, Personal Trainer and specializes in Senior Fitness.
