Spinning Silk Tai Chi offers instruction in Imperial Yang Family Tai Chi to promote mind-body wellness, mobility, and stress relief for the Hemet and San Jacinto Valley community. Led by certified instructor practice, the program focuses on slow, intentional movement and gentle Qigong techniques rooted in traditional martial arts traditions. Due to medical concerns, classes are currently cancelled. Regular schedule will resume January 5, 2027.
