Located at 4844 Jackson Rd, Old School Fitness is the right choice if you’re looking for a boutique gym. Learn the art of boxing in a completely fun and safe environment. We offer group fitness classes for both men and women beginning at age 13 and up. These are group fitness classes, in which involve no contact whatsoever. Each class you will be taught and continually work on the fundamentals of boxing. You will learn the proper footwork, balance and technique to develop the maximum power and accuracy on all of your punches and combinations (straight, hooks, upper cuts). You need to book to attend the activities.
