It offers energy driven, full-body, cardio workouts that will help you burn calories, reduce stress, and have FUN! Kickboxing training is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) led by qualified and engaged instructors. We utilize a combination of both plyometric and calisthenic exercises to create the most exciting workout.
