Xhale Hot Yoga Studio: Restoring your mind body and soul, one breath at a time. Xhale Hot Yoga is Jersey Shore's premier hot yoga studio located right in the heart of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. Our family built & owned studio has been around for over 11 years, driven to help people through mind, body, spirit & sweat! Our studio is custom build with radiant heat ceiling panels, bringing classes anywhere between 107-110 F degrees.
