Feed Your Soul Fitness

Located just 3 blocks west of Sheridan Blvd on 44th Ave, we are centrally located for people to come workout in a convenient way. We are focused on strength training in our beginner/intermediate, functional fitness formatted classes. Expert coaches will lead you through a 40 minute workout starting with a dynamic warm up and ending with cool down stretches. During the workout, the coach will provide modifications so you can make the workout fit your body. All of our community members are welcoming and supportive; you'll most likely make a new friend or get a new workout buddy! The studio also offers various workshops, events and seasonal challenges to help with the health and wellness journey. Arriving a few minutes early for each workout will set you up for success! You don't want to miss the warm up or explanation. Make sure you eat a little something before coming in and be plenty hydrated. You can register for any group class up to 1 hour ahead of start time. Feel free to stick around after the class to connect with the coach should you have any questions. They will be watching you during the class to ensure you are in good form.
