Located 0.3 miles from McGee Beach, Neptune Fitness is the right choice if you’re looking for a boutique gym. Neptune Fitness is committed to transforming regular people into athletes in Corpus Christi. Our functional fitness, class-based facility builds friendships, accountability, and strength. Our classes are suitable for anyone from age 16 and up. This is NOT a gym where you run on a treadmill or do your own thing with free weights. Expect a different workout every day, and over time you WILL build full-body strength and cardio conditioning. It's addictive! Every class features expert coaching in a supportive environment. Think personal training, but with some of your best buddies along for the ride. Every movement is scalable, and you'll be challenged from day 1 onward. Normal classes last one hour and will feature a warm-up, strength portion, and the feature workout (WOD or Metcon). For those who live or work downtown, check out the 45-minute HIIT class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:15am. This class focuses on cardio fitness, and may involve rowing, assault bike, running, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc. Typically a portion of the class will take place outside if the weather is good. Every Saturday, we host a community workout. These are typically partner or group workouts and are PERFECT to invite friends or family. NO experience is required to join Neptune Fitness. We will teach you all of the movements to strengthen your body, look better in the mirror, and live a healthier life. You need to book to attend the activities.
