The Good Shepherd YMCA is the newest branch in the YMCA of Rock River Valley association, home to youth after-school programs, a fitness center, gymnasium and community fitness classes. This branch is located in West Rockford across from West Middle School in the former Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
