Pound 4 Pound Boxing

Pound 4 Pound Boxing has been designed with the purpose of teaching and developing boxing skills in people of all ages– from children 8 years old to senior 60+ years old. Our primarily focus at Pound 4 Pound is to teach the foundation of boxing. Individuals will learn techniques to properly stand, walk, move, perform straight punches, combinations, lateral movements, and coordination. By exploiting individuals abilities, clients will be able to determine if they are able to continue onto the next levels, such as amateur and professional boxing.
