Located inside Thrive Wellness, Self Defense Northeast is the right choice if you’re looking for a performance center. It offers self defense, krav maga, karate, with a team ready to help you achieve your goals. Our story began with Greg Chopoorian and Kevin Notch separately looking for a martial arts option for their kids. After 11 years of training to school ownership, they rebranded as Bushido Martial Arts & Fitness, now relocated to Smithfield and adding Maureen Borino as a partner. We expanded in October 2023 to E. Greenwich as Self Defense Northeast, expect more growth as we look to serving more communities in 2024 and beyond! You need to book to attend the activities.
