Intrepid Bodyworks Recovery Center

Located at 3854 E 120th Ave, Intrepid Bodyworks Recovery Center is the right choice if you’re looking for a yoga and mind center. Intrepid Bodyworks offers a variety of yoga classes from prenatal to modified, slow yoga to flow and more! We also offer a dance class for all levels that are 18+ years old. We keep class sizes small so that you can follow and our instructors can make sure to keep an eye on everyone to help create the best experience for all. We are located on the southwest corner of 120th Ave and Colorado Blvd by the Big R and Heavenly Dragon Chinese restaurant. Please make sure to sign up for classes in advance as we do not require instructors to come in if no one is scheduled. We look forward to helping you move and life your best life!
