KI BODY & SPIRIT is a wellness and education center focused on improving posture, making progress, and maintaining peak performance. We offer a variety of movement modalities for all ages - kids and adults - to meet the evolving needs of our growing community. Join us for: Unify Posture Practice, aerial yoga, kendo, yoga, wall yoga, and more! We are a family-oriented community dedicated to integrating the mind, body, and breath. Our practices teach techniques to improve posture through functional movement and breath work. We provide guidance to members on how to breathe better, move lighter, and live happier!
