Sōna

Sōna Sanctuary is a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself through sound and stillness. Through sound baths, meditation, nervous system regulation, and Yoga Nidra, our experiences support deep rest, release tension, and create space for the mind and body to soften. Each class is an invitation to step away from the external noise, allow the internal noise to quiet, and come back into the body, leaving you feeling more grounded, spacious, and connected.
