Designed specifically for the perinatal journey, our movement classes at Looma Birth support strength, mobility, and connection through every stage—pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Taught by certified instructors with deep experience in birth and recovery, these classes offer safe, mindful movement in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Class offerings include: • Prenatal Yoga – Build strength, relieve discomfort, and connect with your growing baby. • Baby + Me Yoga – Rebuild your core, bond with baby, and meet other mamas in the postpartum stage. • Postpartum Bliss Yoga – A restorative, gentle flow designed to support healing and recovery.
