We love hot yoga—but practicing in dark, windowless rooms often felt more stifling than soothing. So when we set out to create our heated classes, we knew we wanted something different. Our heated studio is filled with natural light, breathable space, and thoughtful design. We use infrared heat to support your joints, ease tension, and help you go deeper—without the burnout. A state-of-the-art air system keeps every breath fresh and clean. And class ends with a red light savasana: a calming glow and a full-body reset. It’s the kind of rest your nervous system will thank you.
