We offer many different styles of classes, from Aerial Silks, Hammock and Lyra to Bungee Fitness! We have a family-friendly training atmosphere where people of all ages, shapes and sizes can attend, feel comfortable, and enrich their lives with new skills at their level. And we feature an annual Aerial Arts student showcase. To get started, sign up for the Intro/Beginner class for the apparatus you would like to learn.
