Jessica’s Acro Clubhouse at Impact Martial Arts

Jessica’s Acro Clubhouse is a welcoming space for acroyoga, movement, and connection. Acroyoga is a partner-based practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. Working in small groups, you’ll learn to base, fly, and spot while building strength, balance, body awareness, communication, and trust. No partner is needed to join. Our classes are a fun, supportive way to move your body, learn new skills, meet people, and surprise yourself with what you can do.
