We are down-to-earth, and our owners, Amy and Mitch are well-known and involved in the neighborhood. We are community based! What can I expect to achieve by attending this gym? Overall health and greater awareness of your mind-body connection. Some of our classes are more vigorous and some are more mindful. We offer Acroyoga, Candlelit, Community, Vinyasa, mixed level flow classes, and Yoga 101 for our newer members. You'll get a great connection of mind, body and soul.
