Lightspeed Saber Academy

This is Lightspeed Saber Academy, the HQ of Lightspeed Saber League, the world's fastest light-based fencing. There's no choreography in this revolutionary new sword-sport; just speed, strategy, and skill. You don't need any fencing or martial arts experience to get into Lightspeed Saber. Whether you're just trying it out, looking only to fence locally, or enter international competition, we'll be with you the whole way. TYPICAL SESSION SCHEDULE Warmup ~4 minutes Stretch ~5 minutes Fencing Warmup ~10 minutes Lesson of the Day 30-45 minutes Open floor ~1 hour Strength & Cardio 15-20 minutes A full session is between 1.5-2.5 hours. Stay for as much or as little as you prefer.
