The Heart Yoga Studio

the heart. is truly a place you have to come and experience to understand what we’re all about and what makes this studio special. At its essence, the heart. is a place to “do the work.” Not just yoga, not just movement — but the deeper work of remembering and connecting with our most authentic selves. Everything we do and offer begins and ends with that intention. Because what could matter more than that journey? But don't worry, it won't be all "work" here... keeping it light and fun is what we lead with and what makes the more serious stuff accessible. We promise the studio will be filled with smiles and laughs, whether that be on the mat or while playing Mario Kart in the lobby with newly made friends.
