Arrow Yoga

Arrow Yoga is a boutique hot vinyasa studio offering practices as maps back to yourself. Our studio in Baltimore offers four main class styles (most vinyasa-based, plus a slow flow/restorative option) each inspired by the four directions and rooted in alignment-focused, functional movement with yoga philosophy as our through line. Our heated space follows the Ayurvedic tradition of sveda, or therapeutic sweating. You need to book to attend the activities. Beyond classes, we offer privates, workshops, mentorships, teacher trainings and retreats to help you reconnect to your wholeness and expand your capacity to hold whatever your heart desires.​​ Whatever path you choose, we can't wait to welcome you to your new home studio.
