We are Encinitas' first & only Lagree Fitness studio located in the heart of Downtown Encinitas! We believe in living, loving & moving madly and cannot wait to get North County sweating with our Lagree Fitness group classes & private sessions! Our classes are 45 minutes long & utilize custom Lagree Fitness Megaformer machines to give you a full-body, low-impact, but high-intensity workout. Sound like something you'd enjoy? Reservations are required to participate in the activities. Join us for a class!
