Cornerstone Gym

Cornerstone is a new gym built on proven experience. Though we’re just getting started this year, our athletes consist of young fighters on the rise, adults training with intention, and members pushing to perform at their highest level. We take a structured approach to building a solid foundation of skill, strength, and discipline in youth, adults, and competitors to make them dominant and well-rounded in and out of the ring. Training focuses on quality, attention to detail, and an individualized plan to help athletes push towards peak performance. Head coach Lou Bell, CSCS is a USA Boxing certified coach, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist, hybrid athlete, fighter, and lifelong student of performance.
