No matter what it looks like, we strive to embrace personal growth through every challenge. Class Types Classic- Our Classic Ride blends rhythm and performance. Combine choreo, real-time metrics, and upper-body weights for a balanced, full-body experience. Thrive- Our Thrive Ride is a fully rhythm-based experience led by the beat. Expect mostly choreo with the occasional hill, sprint, and upper-body work. With no screens, you’ll be guided entirely by the music and your instructor. Power- Our Power Ride is a strength-focused, metrics-driven ride with no choreography or weights—just resistance, power, and performance.
