Y-Stretch Studio

We are a yoga based studio with a modern twist located at the Superdome in Waldwick, New Jersey. Y-Stretch Studio offers a variety of classes where stretching and breathing create flexibility and freedom to retrain your body at your own pace in a noncompetitive environment. Learn yoga and stretching from supportive instructors. Our teachers have a tool box of blended modalities to rebuild bodies from the inside out. We hope to create a community where you can learn to nurture self knowledge and self care in small groups. Breath and movement is the yoga element common to all our classes used to balance your mind and body.
