Studio One Fit

Our sister studio, Studio One Pilates in Lincoln has been serving the Placer County area for the past six years. Over the year we recognized the need for a boutique fitness studio in Lincoln and the surrounding cities of Rocklin, Roseville and Loomis that uses the principles of Pilates to emphasize mindful movement in all fitness modalities. This is why Studio One Fit was created. Our goal is to create a boutique fitness community where everyONE can achieve their own fitness goals.
