We offer a well-rounded variety of practices designed to support every step of your wellness journey. Our class offerings range from energizing Vinyasa flows and accessible Ashtanga breakdowns to gentle Seated Yoga, Yin, and restorative stretch sessions. To support mental clarity and deep relaxation, we also facilitate guided meditation, traditional Dhamma study groups, sound baths, and rhythmic movement experiences.
