We are a Fitness boutique studio specializing in Group Fitness. Featuring Les Mills Bodypump, Bodycombat and Bodybalance (fka Bodyflow) and we have the best Bootcamp in town! You will also see other formats on the schedule like Yoga, Pound and Dance Fitness. We also offer personal training, WODs and open workout areas for those who just want equipment and a private space. We love making new friends and everyone who walks through the door immediately becomes family.
