Prayers and Pilates

Prayers and Pilates is a Christian-based, locally owned an operated studio featuring reformer Pilates classes and light therapy saunas, located in Roanoke, Texas. Erica Carter, owner of Prayers and Pilates, envisioned a welcoming space where anyone and everyone can escape from the troubles of the world and to find gratitude for all of God’s blessings. These blessings include being grateful for our bodies the way that God made them and strengthening them with the movements of Pilates and light therapy wellness.
